I created a credential for a sub organisation although it is not showing to users in the sub-organisation
To create credentials under sub-organisations, you may need to manually select the graphic using your administrator profile. Then, click the button labeled "Availability" under the credential, manually enter your organisation name, check the box, and update. After completing these steps and logging into the credential, it should now appear in the user's profile within your sub-organisation.
